Turmeric tea recipe : Water: To Lose Weight Fast - 5 KG: Diet Weightloss Smoothie: Lassi Overnight Oats: to make soft idli: to make sambar: To Make Roti: Sabzi:

Radish: 500 gms, cubed

Oil: 1 tsp

Cumin seeds: 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri chilli powder: 3/4 tbsp

Turmeric: 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste and coriander leaves to garnish.

Method:

Heat oil and add in cumin seeds.

Add in chilli powder and switch off the flame or else chilli powder will get burnt. Then add in the chopped mooli mix well.

If the mooli is very tender it will release water else add little water and cover and cook. Add salt.

Once cooked sprinkle coriander leaves on top.

Serve with roti. Left over can be used the next day

Idli upma:

2 cold idlis: Simply crumble with hands

Oil: 1-1/2 tsp

Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp

Jeera: 1/4 tsp

Urad dal: 1 tsp

Bengal gram dal: 1 tsp

Whole red chilies: 2, broken

Raw peanuts: 1-2 tbsp

Green chilies: 2, chopped

Curry leaves: 1 sprig

Onion: 1/2, chopped

Ginger: 1/2 tsp, grated.

Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp

Grated coconut: 1 tsp (optional)

Method:

Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard seeds, jeera, urad, and bengal gram. Add in whole chilies and peanuts. Fry for 2 mins on low flame so that the peanuts are roasted.

Add in green chilies, onion, ginger, curry leaves and mix for a minute.

Add in turmeric powder. Add grated coconut if adding.

Crumble idli with your hands and add add and mix well for a minute or two. Serve hot.

low fat curd: 3-4 tbsp

Ground flax seeds: 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder: a fat pinch

It's Matt Cama, and today I'm going to share with you the 10 easiest ways to lose weight fast. The good news is that this applies to men, women and teenagers. It doesn't matter who you are, you can start to apply these tips right now to lose fat.

0:38 In this video I'm going to be focusing on three important aspects to lose weight. That is your training, nutrition and your psychology.

1:16 Your emotional state that you are in constantly is the most important aspect to losing weight. I dig a little deeper why later in the video.

1:46 Tip #1 is to eat with a smaller plate. As a child we were all conditioned to eat everything on our plate. Now what happens is that we start to have larger portion sizes which results in weight gain.

2:38 If you don't have a smaller plate, then get into the habit of leaving some food on your plate.

3:51 Tip #2 is to drink 3L of water every day. Most people drink 1 - 2 cups of water a day. You can put some lemon into the water to help alkalize your water to lose weight.

7:04 Tip #3 is to eat every 2-3 hours. The reason why is because this helps speed up your metabolism to lose weight.

8:25 Tip #4 & #5 is to focus on doing cardio and weight training at least 3-5 times per week. This will help you gain more lean muscle mass which will help you burn more calories at rest.

11:18 If you're just starting out with training, then I recommend training only 3 times per week. The reason why is because you can easily get overwhelmed, so start slow.

12:00 Tip #6 is to train with a partner or join a group session. If you're signed up at a gym then they should have free group sessions that come with your gym membership. The reason why I recommend this is because you have higher energy in the room which will help you push yourself to the highest limit.

13:12 Make sure you find a gym partner is enthusiastic, inspiring and motivated. It doesn't matter if they're fit or overweight, you just need to make sure they have those qualities.

14:40 the biggest myth is that if you want to lose weight it's 80% nutrition and 20% training. The real formula is 10% training, 20% nutrition, the other 70% is psychology.

15:37 so many people fail at moving forward because they haven't worked on their psychology to lose weight forever.

15:57 Tip #7 is to sleep 7-8 hours. The reason why is because you produce a hormone called cortisol when you sleep 5-6 hours constantly. This hormone encourages fat storage particularity around the abdomen area.

17:10 Tip #8 is to have a morning ritual. How you start your morning is how you go throughout your day.

Diet Plan for 6 Pack Abs (STEP BY STEP!)

Get 6 pack abs year round by following this diet probably heard that 6 pack abs are obtained through a proper diet, that abs are made in the kitchen. You’d be right. That said, getting abs still remains rather elusive to many and certainly being able to maintain them year round is even harder. Not any more. In this video, I show you a 5 step plan for how to get a 6 pack that you can use to start getting your abs to show fast.

Despite the fact that many are aware of the importance of proper nutrition when it comes to getting abs, it is still a mighty struggle to get them. It usually comes down to the methods those people are using to try and get them in the first place. Crash diet plans and temporary deprivation based tactics are not going to cut it long term if you want to get and keep your abs.

Anything that forces you to feel as if you’re missing out or be deprived of what you really want is only going to be a temporary solution at best. As soon as you get tired of not having what you want, you’ll quickly give in and lose your ability to keep your hard earned abs.

That said, the 5 step formula for getting a 6 pack starts with cutting out the obvious crap foods from your diet. You should know pretty quickly what these are. It’s the cakes, sweets, alcohol, fatty salad dressings, etc that just scream problems the minute you eat them. You know what they are and that means you know they should be gone, so do it. There’s never been a better time than now to start making the changes that are going to dramatically help you in your pursuit of your abs.

Next step is to start eating more often. Yep, despite what keyboard scientists who read a few articles on google scholar want you to believe, there are far more important reasons to be eating more frequently throughout the day than whether or not this is maximally anabolic. I cover these for you in the video.

Next up, you’re going to want to take another pass through that diet of yours. On this second time through, you’re going to want to remove the less obvious items that aren’t helping you as best they can to get your 6 pack abs. For me, I lay out three perfect examples. I thought these foods were healthy but I was only partially right. How they were being prepared was making all the difference in me seeing my abs consistently…or not.

Moving on, you now want to eat more of the good foods you swapped in. This helps you to maintain and continue to build new muscle. Too often, people who take out the offending foods will free up many calories in their diet. If you don’t replace them with good foods you’ll likely wind up not supporting your muscle growth and be skinny without enough muscle mass.

Finally, where the etching in of those abs can happen, supplementation. Use high quality supplements to fine tune your efforts and really take your results to the next level. I've heard of many weight loss hacks in my time, and sadly, most of them aren't very helpful. Some suggest to watch a horror movie to burn calories. Sniff an apple to reduce your appetite. Massage your ears to increase your metabolism.

Nonsense!

So in this video, I'm going to present 10 useful weight loss hacks GUARANTEED to actually work.

1. First things first. If you want to lose weight fast, you have to cut refined sugars and starches out of your diet. This alone will help you quickly lose pounds of excess fat and inches off of your waist!

When you consume carbohydrates, your body not only produces more fat, but it also slows down the burning of fat.

Carbs present in your body hold a ton of water weight as well.

If you cut down your carb intake, your body is forced to burn up the carbs you've been holding onto for energy, and after all of that is burned up, your body has no other choice but to burn your fat for energy.

By putting fewer carbs in your body, you will turn into a fat-burning machine.

The standard american diet has over 300g of carbs per day. To cut body fat fast, eat 100-150g carbs per day, and make sure you stay away from junk foods and choose unprocessed foods. This will allow your body to tap into your fat storage for energy.

2. Incorporate more protein in your diet.

Protein slows down digestion, which means you'll feel full and satisfied for longer, and it's appetite-reducing so you'll end up eating fewer calories throughout the day.

You can control bad food cravings and overeating by consuming protein-rich foods, such as greek yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, milk, chicken, steak, turkey breast, fish, beans, peanut butter, tofu, and the list goes on and on!

Studies have shown that eating two eggs for breakfast can boost weight loss by 65 percent!

3. Lower Your Caloric Intake

Weight loss is a numbers game. You need to burn more calories than you eat every day to lose weight. It's that simple.

There are 3,500 calories in a pound of fat. To lose a pound of pure body fat each week, you need to shave off 500 calories from your daily caloric intake each day. 500x7=3,500. Most people need 2,000 calories to not gain or lose a single pound. So to lose that one pound of weight in 7 days, you need to consume 1,500 calories per day.

4. Cut out snacking.

Snacking can break your weight loss efforts. The truth is, you should focus more on eating three healthy, filling meals, and not so much on snack foods that don't fill you up anyway.

If you're aiming to lose weight fast, cut out snacking completely.

5. Limit your energy drink and starbucks consumption.

Actually, try limit any drink that isn't water. The last thing you want to do is drink your calories.

6. Count/Write down your calories

Research indicates that we are terrible at estimating calorie counts, why is why if you want to lose weight fast, you must get in the habit of counting your calories.

You need to keep a food journal handy, read nutrition labels and jot down the foods you eat so that you can add up how many calories you eat per day.

Write down every morsel of food that passes your lips and you may be surprised at just how many calories you are actually eating per day.

7. Cardio Exercise

If you want real results, then exercise is just as important as diet.

Exercise is great for boosting your metabolism. When you have a fast metabolism, your body is burning calories at a higher rate (even when you're resting), which makes it harder to gain weight.

You should aim for 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week for weight loss.

Cardio exercises that burn the most calories are jumping jacks and rope jumping. Jumping jacks burn 100 calories in 10 minutes, while rope jumping burns as much as 130 calories in 10 minutes.

Now if those exercises get to be a little difficult for you, then fast-paced walking mixed in with a little jogging may be the way to go for a fat-burning workout.

8. Drink More Water

While water doesn't have anything magical in it that burns fat, it certainly will help you with your weight loss efforts.

Drinking water means you aren't drinking other beverages that have calories in them.

Drinking a glass or two of water 20 minutes before a meal may help you feel fuller, resulting in you eating less food and consuming fewer calories.

In fact, A 2010 study conducted by the American Chemical Society confirms that people that consumed two cups of water right before eating a meal ate between 75 and 90 fewer calories during that meal.

Not only that, but people that drink more water throughout the day have more energy because they are more hydrated and won't feel too tired to work out.

9. Get enough sleep

Having poor sleep habits can cause you to gain weight. For one, your metabolism does not function properly when you're sleep-deprived.

In a nut shell, get adequate sleep!

Help me make quality videos for my 2nd part of " How I lost 50 pounds: How to lose weight" and this time I'm showing you guys healthy breakfast ideas for summer/all year long 2015 edition! Just like in the little What I eat in a day video I'm showing you what I eat every for breakfast and how to make it!

It's super quick and easy, shape friendly and skin friendly!

Selfmade Granola:

Rolled Oats

Honey

Vanilla Extract

Oil (I use sunflower oil)

Salt

Cinnamon/Seeds/Nuts (Up to you)

Mix the ingredients until sticky, pour them onto a lined baking tray and bake them in a 300 degrees hot oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let them cool completely before transferring into an air tight container! You can store them for a week.

Add yoghurt, fruits for a breakfast bowl.

Hot cinnamon Porridge:

Rolled Oats

Milk

Honey

Cinnamon

Mix the ingredients and heat them in a microwave for 2 minutes or until boiling, let it cool until it's still warm and get ready to eat!

You can also replace the cinnamon with cocoa powder!

Using fresh herbs makes a world of difference! I love rosemary & thyme for chicken breast. It's a great way to spice up what some may consider a boring protein.

The marinade in this video has; Rosemary, plenty of thyme, dried oregano, 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt, lemon juice, and 1 minced garlic clove. All of this is mixed together and rubbed into the chicken breast.

Your million dollar salad will probably be different from mine. It doesn't matter though. What matters is that you fill a large bowl with a large assortment of your favorite veggies, a little protein, and enjoy.

This dressing is sooooo good. Not to mention it is completely natural, and very fat loss friendly. No weird trans fats, artificial flavors, preservatives, or high fructose corn syrup here!

It has:

1 avocado

A handful of basil (cilantro works very well too!)

1 Garlic clove

Sea salt to taste (start with a pinch and go from there!)

1 tsp olive oil

approx 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Water (add this as you blend, and see how thick or thin you want it)
