2nd meal will be Breakfast. You can have 1 bowl of Poha or upma and sprinkle flex seeds on it. Also have 1 cup skimmed or double toned milk with it.

This meal will provide you 330 calories.

4th meal is Lunch. Here you will consume 1 medium bowl of Brown Rice OR 2 Indian Bread or rotis made of mix grains with these consume 1 medium bowl cooked lentils or dal, 1 cup low fat yogurt and 1 cup vegetable salad where you can add cucumber, carrot, onion, tomatoes etc.

With this diet will get 330 calories.

5th meal is evening snacks.

Take 1 apple or orange with 1 cup Lemon green team and 2-3 high fiber digestive biscuits this meal will give you 110 calories.

Last meal of the day will be Dinner.

Consume 1 large bowl of broccoli or cauliflower salad. You can add some more vegetables in it like spinach, carrot, tomatoes etc.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flex seeds too on it and also drink 1 glass low fat butter milk with it.

This meal is of approx 150 calories.

With this diet plan you will get 1000 - 1100 calories in a day which is ideal for weight loss and which include required protein, vitamins, minerals etc. And that's why its a healthy diet plan too.

I know that there is some of you guys out there that feel the exact same way that I do.

We can have that healthy lifestyle that we long for.

But it's going to take some work, it's going to take being uncomfortable.

But, we got this! So here a few things that I'm gonna do to get started with right workout plan diet.

Two, eliminate as many processed and junk foods as possible.

Making sure that I'm eating a clean, wholefoods diet.

Three, journal my day to day activities, making sure that I'm jotting down my progress, whether it's mental or physical.

Making sure that I'm letting myself know what I like or dislike during this journey.

Four, staying active and moving as much as possible and sitting less.

Five, drinking at least one gallon of water per day.

If you keep up with the above tips, then you will soon transform that body and make it fit just the way you want.

Today, we're going to discuss about women fitness diet.

Women fitness diet contains low days, high days and medium days.

Why do we have to have low, medium and high day? We are trying to trick our body to increase fat loss. That is one of the example.

What is low day? Basically low day is a low carb day. Which means you are going to eat or you are going to have low carbs intake and you are going to have medium proteins intake and a high intake of fats.

The next one is medium day which means you have a medium amount of carbs a medium amount of proteins and medium amount of fats.

Just a normal day.

Other one is a high day.

It means is a high carbs day.

This is like a Christmas for all the bodybuilders because then we can eat high carbs. We have high carbs intake but we have very low proteins intake and low fat intake on this one.

The food that we are for example taking for this low, high and medium day.

That will be fish, It could be cod a white fish.

Is very healthy and I really recommended a white fish because there is no sugar on it.

It is just pure protein.

or chicken breasts is like to moats basic for bodybuilders as a carbs you can take potatoes, rice or sweet potatoes.

In my opinion in on-season is better to take sweet potatoes because sweet potatoes have more vitamins then rice or potatoes can give you.

As a fat you could always take avocado coconut, coconut milk, coconut oil It does not really matter as long as it good fat. In on-season I really recommended to stick on Omega-3.

In terms of measuring out portions, three ounces of meat is the size of a deck of cards, one ounce of cheese is about four dice, and one cup of pasta is as big as a tennis ball.

Step 3.

Whenever you have a free period, squeeze in some squats.

Standing with your back straight and your feet at a slight outward angle about shoulder-width apart, lower your body to a 90° angle.

Work your way up to 20 at a time.

When doing squats, make sure your heels stay on the ground and your knees don’t go over your feet—this will help avoid knee damage.

Step 4.

Do lunges everyday.

Take a long stride forward with one leg.

Land on the heel, lower your body until your other knee is near the floor, then push back off your heel to the starting position.

Workup to twenty per leg.

Step 5.

Lie on your back on the floor and place your feet on an inflatable stability ball about 3 inches apart, toes pointed forward.

With the help of your heels, lift and lower your butt to the floor as many times as you can.
