Women Fitness Diet



Today, we're going to discuss about women fitness diet.

Women fitness diet contains low days, high days and medium days.

Why do we have to have low, medium and high day? We are trying to trick our body to increase fat loss. That is one of the example.

What is low day? Basically low day is a low carb day. Which means you are going to eat or you are going to have low carbs intake and you are going to have medium proteins intake and a high intake of fats.

The next one is medium day which means you have a medium amount of carbs a medium amount of proteins and medium amount of fats.

Just a normal day.

Other one is a high day.

It means is a high carbs day.

This is like a Christmas for all the bodybuilders because then we can eat high carbs. We have high carbs intake but we have very low proteins intake and low fat intake on this one.

The food that we are for example taking for this low, high and medium day.

That will be fish, It could be cod a white fish.

Is very healthy and I really recommended a white fish because there is no sugar on it.

It is just pure protein.

or chicken breasts is like to moats basic for bodybuilders as a carbs you can take potatoes, rice or sweet potatoes.

In my opinion in on-season is better to take sweet potatoes because sweet potatoes have more vitamins then rice or potatoes can give you.

As a fat you could always take avocado coconut, coconut milk, coconut oil It does not really matter as long as it good fat. In on-season I really recommended to stick on Omega-3.
