But, we got this! So here a few things that I'm gonna do to get started with right workout plan diet.

Two, eliminate as many processed and junk foods as possible.

Making sure that I'm eating a clean, wholefoods diet.

Three, journal my day to day activities, making sure that I'm jotting down my progress, whether it's mental or physical.

Making sure that I'm letting myself know what I like or dislike during this journey.

Four, staying active and moving as much as possible and sitting less.

Five, drinking at least one gallon of water per day.

If you keep up with the above tips, then you will soon transform that body and make it fit just the way you want.
