I never deprive myself of any foods as I still think food should be enjoyable.

- I eat 1200 calories on a sedentary day (more when exercising)

- I eat 120g or less of carbs a day, lately my average has been 85g (I count ALL carbs even from fruit, veggies etc).

- I try to get as close to 100g of protein each day.

- The Quest Bar flavours I recommend are: Choc Chip Cookie Dough, Double Choc Chunk, White Choc Raspberry & the Cravings Peanut Butter Cups.

- I am a PICKY eater so I stick with eggs/chicken breast/ground turkey. However there are other lean proteins you could include in your diet (fish, turkey, bison, pork chops, tofu, etc)

Please bear in mind that I am NOT a nutritionist or professional, this is just what has worked for me & so I wanted to share.
