What's going on guys?! So I am one month away from my first NPC Men's Physique Competition April 11, so I decided to share with you my diet plan as I prepare for the event. This diet plan will help me lose weight/fat and maintain a lot of size. There is a lot of diet tips as well. Let me know what you think!

5 Egg Whites w/Spinach

1 Whole Egg

Oatmeal

1 Slice Ezekiel Bread

Meal 2 (and 6) - 7:28

Protein Shake

(and Casein Shake)

Meal 3 (and 5) - 10:20

Chicken Breast

White Rice w/Spinach and Broccoli

(and Chicken Breast w/Broccoli)

Meal 4 - 15:53

1 Slice Ezekiel Bread

1 TB Organic Peanut Butter

Light and Fit Greek Yogurt
